Are Truth Artistry earrings allergy-free?

We thoughtfully select our earring components with comfort, quality, and wearability in mind. Because everyone’s skin and sensitivities are different, we do not describe our jewelry as completely “allergy-free” or guarantee that a particular material will work for every wearer.

The metals and findings used may vary from one Truth Artistry design to another, including gold-plated and silver-plated components, stainless steel, and other jewelry-grade metals.

Want to know exactly what you're wearing? Check the individual product description before purchasing. We list the materials used for each design whenever applicable.

If you have a known metal sensitivity or allergy, we recommend reviewing the materials carefully before ordering.

Are Truth Artistry earrings heavy?

Bold does not have to mean heavy.

Many of our statement earrings are created with lightweight materials such as polymer clay and resin, allowing us to create oversized, dramatic designs without the weight you might expect from traditional statement jewelry.

Some designs include gemstones, glass, wood, ceramic, or metal components, so the weight will naturally vary from pair to pair.

We believe you should be able to make a statement without spending the entire day thinking about what is hanging from your ears.

How should I care for my Truth Artistry earrings?

Your earrings are wearable art, and a little care will help keep them looking beautiful.

• Store earrings in a clean, dry place when you're not wearing them.
• Avoid sleeping, showering, swimming, or exercising in your earrings.
• Keep them away from perfumes, hairsprays, lotions, oils, household cleaners, and other chemicals.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or excessive heat.
• Do not intentionally bend, twist, pull, or place heavy objects on your earrings.
• Gently wipe polymer clay or resin surfaces with a soft, slightly damp cloth when needed.
• Clean hooks, posts, and other metal components carefully with an appropriate jewelry-safe cleaning method.
• Metallic foil, painted details, resin finishes, beads, and decorative elements should be handled gently.

And most importantly—wear them boldly.

When will I receive my order?

Every Truth Artistry order is prepared with care. Please review our current Shipping Policy for the most up-to-date processing timeframe.

Once your order has been prepared for shipment, you will receive tracking information using the contact information provided with your order.

Please remember that processing time and shipping/transit time are different. Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery timing and transit delays are managed by the carrier.

If tracking shows an unusual delay, we recommend checking the tracking details and contacting the carrier for additional information. If you still need assistance afterward, please contact Truth Artistry and we'll help where we can.

Because many of our pieces are handmade and individually finished, we appreciate your patience while we prepare your order. We would rather send you something we're proud of than rush the artistry.

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes—because sometimes your idea deserves its own pair.

Truth Artistry accepts select custom earring requests based on design complexity, materials, availability, and our current production schedule.

Whether you're looking for a particular color palette, statement design, special-event earring, or something inspired by your personal style, we'd love to hear your idea.

Because our work is handcrafted, custom does not mean mass-produced perfection—it means intentionally created artistry. Variations in pattern, placement, color, and detailing are part of what makes handmade pieces special.

Will my earrings look exactly like the pair pictured?

Not always—and that's part of the Truth Artistry experience.

Many of our earrings are individually handcrafted using polymer clay, resin, metallic foil, pigments, beads, gemstones, and other decorative elements. Patterns, swirls, foil placement, color distribution, and other artistic details may naturally vary from piece to piece.

That means your earrings may not be an exact duplicate of the photographed pair.

They're not supposed to be.

We intentionally embrace the variations that make handmade jewelry special. Your pair will reflect the overall design and aesthetic shown while having its own unique personality.

No cookie-cutter earrings over here. Your pair gets to be as individual as you are.
